We are a for-profit organization, created to enhance what makes Brazil positively different from other economies in the world, Agribusiness. We are unique for incorporating primary products of plant and renewable origin extracted from marine flora with the aim of mitigating impacts on the environment and with a bias towards social inclusion.

WILSON NIGRI
Mechanical Engineer from Mackenzie University, he was Director of UNIBANCO, CEO of Brasilpar and Club Med. He is an entrepreneur in the areas of Education, CWIST Tank Jr. and agribusiness as Founding Partner of Isratec, CFO of Cialgas and CEO of Fertimar, now Primasea. Hired from BNDES, he served Minister Alcides Tápias at the MDIC.

GEORGE F. HOCHHEIMER
Urbanist Architect, graduated from the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Mackenzie (FAU-Mack), with extensive experience in the area of Sustainability. He was Director of Basic Sanitation at FIESP, Director of the National Waste Institute, is a Partner at HIARQ Hochheimer Imperatori Arquitetura and Partner at Green Mind Desenvolvimento Sustentável. In addition to being a current advisor, he was Director of Strategic Studies and Innovation and Director of Sustainability at Clube Hebraica de São Paulo. Member of the Mantiqueira APA Council.

GILSON CALAIS
Business Administrator and Master in Management and Public Policies, works in Planning and Strategic Management, with monitoring, analysis and critical review of processes; analysis of technologies/tools; in addition to evaluating and measuring performance indicators. He also works as a Postgraduate Professor (MBA) and as an Evaluator for the São Paulo Management Quality Award (PPQG). He has more than 20 years of experience in managing and designing feasibility studies for sports complexes for social and sports clubs.

RAFAEL LANDES
Designer born in Rio de Janeiro. Graduated in Industrial Design and Graphic Design in Brazil and in UX/UI in Tel Aviv. It has a very clear mission and vision about design: it is the creative solution to people's problems in their everyday lives. Understanding end users and executing the correct "User Experience" process are the key paths to building effective products.
He has 10 years of experience in Israel, the birthplace of technology startups.
